Meet Our Chef/Owner
Meet Fabian Frelich! Born and raised in lower Plaquemines Parish (also known as DTR-Down The Road). Fabian grew up working in the seafood business. He also had many years in the oil & gas industry. Fabian learned to cook at an early age. His grandpa "Tiger" Bondi was a big part of him developing his passion for cooking. His love for feeding people really shows in his delicious cooking.
Meet Our Chef/Owner/Marketing Manager
Meet Vickie McKinney Frelich! Born and raised in Livingston Parish in the small town of Killian. Vickie grew up working in restaurants at the age of 14. From dishwashing to waitressing to managing. Vickie also worked 10 years in the banking industry. It wasn't until around 7 years ago that she found her true passion for the digital marketing industry., Her passion is helping others build and grow their business.
Pickup or Delivery Options
We understand that a seamless pickup or delivery experience is just as important as the quality of the food we provide. That's why we have a few dedicated places where we can meetup so you can recieve your food. We also now offer local delivery. Pickup and delivery times will vary. On delivery orders, someone must be present so the meals can go directly in the freezer or refrigerator. Just thaw, heat, and eat!
